If not you can insert the 8. Be sure to delete all partitions down to Unallocated Space to get it cleanest, after doing all of the backups so you know you have everything.

I currently have a computer running Windows 10 Professional. I would like to reset it to factory settings, since there are some issues on it that I believe a fresh reset would fix and remove. If I were to do so, would it still be possible for me to redownload Windows 10 Pro for free or will I have to purchase a copy of it.

In reply to peetahbooie's post on August 5, If you want to automate the process then follow Reset Your Windows 10 PC but you'll need to do all of the backups there too first since it reinstalls the OS without saving anything as well.
